Legal 500 (2020-2021)

“I thought I would get in touch to say what an excellent service we have had from Withers since we started speaking…we were let down tremendously by another firm who took 2 weeks to just send a letter of engagement! To put Withers into perspective, in the first 2 weeks of working with Ben and Ali we had all of our major documents drafted and completed.”

“We have subsequently worked on a very important agreement for the future of our business, and Ben and Ali’s input and advice over the month has been formidable. Furthermore they were always available and their turnaround times were superbly quick – they really have a great grasp of our business and legal requirements. This agreement will guarantee our growth to another level.”

Tech client (2020)

“I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your speed and to the point response. I have worked with all nearly all the top legal firms in my career so I have some experience of what constitutes a helpful and unhelpful response from lawyers…Well done and thank you.”

Me in a minute

I'm at my best when helping tech companies to push the boundaries

My clients are often market disruptors with the potential to grow extremely quickly. They are constantly pushing the limits and expect their lawyers to do the same. As someone that likes to do things differently (and to prove doubters wrong), the tech sector is a natural fit.

I enjoy the challenge of needing to act at lightning speed, and thrive when clients require non-traditional lawyering. I also love helping innovators that do not fear of failure to unlock significant new market opportunities.
