Michelle focuses on domestic and international tax planning for multi-national corporations, closely-held businesses, and high-net worth individuals and families in their personal business endeavors. She specializes in advising businesses on sophisticated corporate and cross-border tax issues. Michelle has assisted clients on broad range of tax matters, including international tax restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and capital markets transactions. She also has tax due diligence, modeling, controversy resolution, compliance, and provision review experience.

Prior to joining Withers, Michelle collectively spent over seven years at two of the big four accounting firms.
