Paul is of counsel in our private client and tax team.

He practices in the area of tax and corporate planning for closely held businesses and professionals. Paul has a special focus in qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation and executive compensation. He is also the leading partner on our team of lawyers in the US, Geneva, Hong Kong and London that is dedicated to IRS voluntary disclosure issues currently affecting our individual clients. Paul’s team concentrates in the areas of international tax planning, domestic estate planning, and employee benefits, including qualified and non-qualified plans and executive compensation. He also provides advice on unique deferred compensation issues affecting tax-exempt entities such as hospitals and municipalities.
