Stella is a senior associate in the corporate team.
Her practice focuses on sports and media, advising athletes, agents, coaches, clubs, leagues and companies active in the sports industry on a wide range of sports law matters, including assisting on both contractual and regulatory issues as well as representing in international sports arbitration proceedings.
In addition, Stella advises domestic and foreign clients on international commercial agreements e.g. supply, distribution, agency, consultancy, licence and e-commerce.
Stella is a member of the Federal Tribunal of the Italian Athletics Federation (FIDAL) and, between 2019 and 2023, was a member of the Federal Tribunal of the Italian Ice Sports Federation (FISG).
She is also a member of the "Partnership&Education" Committee of the Swiss Association WomenInSportsLaw, head of the "Sport&Business" Commission of the Italian Sports Lawyers Association as well as a member of the "Olympialex Review" Editorial Board.
Stella has been lecturing for several years on sports related matters at the Master in International Sports Law at the ISDE University in Madrid and at the "Post-graduate course on sports law and sports justice Lucio Colantuoni" at the Statale University of Milan.
She has authored numerous publications on sports law related issues and is frequently invited to speak at national and international sports law conferences.
