Anthony focuses on corporate, commercial and corporate finance transactions involving the acquisition and disposal of businesses and shares for both private and public companies, joint ventures and capital raising.
His work has an emphasis on cross-border transactions particularly those involving the UK, Italy, the US and Asia.

- Acting for Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A. on the acquisition of the distributors of Valentino products in the UK and owners of the Valentino boutique in Sloane Street, London, for an undisclosed consideration
- Acting for private equity fund, Brands Partners, on its successful debt and equity acquisition of leading industrial shoe manufacturer.
- Acting for Cipriani Group, the world renowned restaurant and catering group, on its restructure, investment and expansion involving the US, Uruguay, Luxembourg, Italy, the Middle East and the UK.
- Acting for bespoke jeweller, Donald Edge on the design and manufacture of the diamond encrusted Chambord Royal liqueur bottle, the world's most expensive liqueur valued at $3.5M.
- Acting for Sarita Capital Investment Inc. in respect of the takeover of QPR Holdings Limited, the holding company of the Championship football club and commercial sponsorship, on-line/e-commerce and corporate advice for QPR.
- Acting for the Milan Stock Exchange listed Eurotech SpA on its $60m reverse triangular merger with US embedded chip manufacturer Applied Data Systems Inc.
- Acting for the New York Stock Exchange listed S.M.P Inc on the disposal of its non-core French and Italian businesses.
- Assisting Targetti Sankey SpA on the €242m acquisition finance of Danish lighting group Louis Poulsen.
- Acting for AIM listed Fairplace Plc on the disposal of its Italian subsidiary.
- Advising Renault F1 in relation to the so-called Crashgate affair and successfully representing the Team in the FIA Hearings which involved, inter alia, brand reputation management issues and re-negotiating various sponsorship contracts as a result of the outcome of the Hearings.
