Overview

Claire deals with a wide range of family work including divorce, financial claims, cohabitation and children. Many of her cases have complex financial arrangements often involving international forum disputes, offshore assets and trusts. She also advises on and drafts pre-nuptial / pre-civil partnership agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Claire is a trained collaborative lawyer.

Publications and speaking engagements

Claire contributes to the legal press, including writing articles for The Lawyer and TELTJ, and she provides commentary in the national press.

She has written the Ancillary Relief chapter for the 2nd Edition of Probate Disputes and Remedies published by Jordans.
She is also a contributor to Legal Network Television.
