Overview

Described as ‘a rising star’ by Legal 500 and ranked as ‘up and coming’ by Chambers & Partners Guide 2006, Daniel acts for a wide range of employers, but is particularly known for his work in the charity sector.

He also acts for senior executives and partners (including several fellow lawyers), especially in relation to discrimination claims in the City.

Daniel has been interviewed by BBC News and Sky News on a range of topics as diverse as sex discrimination claims in the City, dress codes and discrimination against overweight people.

He has been frequently quoted in the national and specialist press including the Financial times, the Sunday Times, the Times, Personnel Today and Solicitors Journal.

On a personal note

Daniel attempts creative writing, enjoys walking cycling and listening to vinyl records.
