Overview

David focuses on the area of tax, particularly providing advice to those in the fund community. He also provides advice to non-profit entities, charities and foundations and has spoken extensively to groups on these issues. David manages our New Haven office as Office Managing Director.

David's speaking engagements include presentations for the Practising Law Institute, Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council Legal Aid Society, Lorman Education Services and the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance.
