Overview

David focuses on the area of tax, particularly providing advice to those in the fund community. He also provides advice to non-profit entities, charities and foundations and has spoken extensively to groups on these issues. David manages our New Haven office as Office Managing Director.

  • David's speaking engagements include presentations for the Practising Law Institute, Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council Legal Aid Society, Lorman Education Services and the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance.
