Overview

Ed focuses on personal estate planning. In that arena, he provides legal advice on personal estate planning, FLP and LLC planning, wealth preservation, business succession planning, non-qualified deferred compensation planning, income tax planning and estate administration.

A large part of his practice focuses on estate planning for hedge fund and private equity principals. Ed is a frequent speaker on this topic and has co-authored several books on wealth preservation and estate planning for individuals in the alternative asset community.

Ed is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court.
