Overview

Guy advises on a broad range of corporate projects, most of which are international and many of which involve the aerospace sector, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and asset finance.  Transactions with China are a significant part of his practice. 

He also has considerable experience in the automotive sector and transacts in fluent Italian and French and good Mandarin Chinese.  He recently spent 3 months as a full time consultant with the first mainland Chinese law firm in London.

Most of Guy's clients are multinationals (whether private or public companies) and include aircraft leasing companies, banks and investment funds.

Guy qualified with Lovells in London and has worked in industry in both the engineering and aerospace sectors.  He also spent 3 years with a leading Hong Kong law firm where he worked in corporate finance, including bank takeovers and international joint ventures, and some banking law.
