Overview

Guy is the Hong Kong Regional Head of Corporate.  He advises on a broad range of corporate projects, most of which are international and many of which involve the manufacturing sector. Transactions with China, Italy and France are a significant part of his practice and recently Guy has been working on Chinese-European mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings in manufacturing including luxury brands. Guy also deals with luxury assets particularly aircraft and art assets and advises multinational families on business issues.

Guy has been in -house in industry in the engineering and aerospace sectors, has twice spent time in Hong Kong and has worked in the first mainland Chinese law firm in London.
