Hollis leads the Litigation, Employment and IP/Brands practice groups in the US.
Hollis handles a wide variety of licensing, trademark and related intellectual property matters. Her practice focuses on general corporate, executive compensation and related business litigation matters on behalf of an international clientele.
She assists a wide range of clients in the apparel, retail, entertainment, manufacturing and software technologies industries in structuring joint ventures and developing global business and brand management strategies designed to manage, maximize and protect intellectual property rights.
Hollis counsels executives and directors in the areas of litigation risk management strategies, including exit strategies to manage risks associated with restrictive covenants and other employment-related matters, corporate structuring and financing strategies, disclosure obligations, corporate governance and related matters and draws upon her extensive experience as a complex commercial litigator, having appeared in federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country and in proceedings involving governmental agencies.
Pro Bono efforts to assist small businesses impacted by September 11, 2001 attacks on World Trade Center featured in the book, AFTER How America Confronted the September 12 Era, written by Steven Brill, founder of American Lawyer Magazine and Court TV.
In her free time she enjoys sea kayaking, cooking, quilting and fine wines.
