Overview

Hollis leads the firm's Litigation and Employment practice group in the US.

Hollis is an experienced business lawyer who has handled a wide variety of complex commercial litigation, employment, contractual, art law and intellectual property matters on behalf of an international clientele, consisting of privately-held businesses, entrepreneurs and executives. 

Hollis has appeared in federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country.  She also has represented clients in parallel proceedings before the Securities & Exchange Commission, FINRA and the Federal Reserve Bank, and in investigations by the New York and Connecticut Attorney Generals Office and other regulatory agencies. 

Hollis regularly acts for global businesses and top-flight senior executives in the structuring and negotiation of compensation packages and incentive plans, in the development of exit strategies to manage risks associated with restrictive covenants and confidentiality restraints, in relation to federal and state discrimination claims, in providing reputation management and other employment-related advice.

Hollis serves as general outside counsel to privately-owned businesses and in that role, coordinates the delivery of fully-integrated client services, and provides strategic advice on corporate governance, risk management, and brand management strategies designed to manage, maximize and protect intellectual property rights.
