Overview

Jeremy chairs the firm's Fiduciary Litigation practice group.  He practices in the area of litigation (fiduciary, trust, commercial, business [tort and contract], probate, unfair trade practice, employment) in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.  

In a non-litigation context, Jeremy advises trustees and beneficiaries on fiduciary issues and conduct.  He also advises employers and senior executives on termination issues, confidentiality and non-competition issues and discrimination claims.

Jeremy is admitted to practice in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Court for Connecticut.

Publications and speaking engagements

  • Jeremy is the co-author of "Help Fledgling Fiduciaries Learn to Fly," Connecticut Law Tribune, March 2008.
  • Jeremy lectures frequently on business law, professional liability and employment law issues. He is the author of "Battered Women," a permanent resource of the Georgia Council on Battered Women.

On a personal note

Jeremy has done white water rafting for over 20 years without noticeable injury, has an abiding love of vintage port and is married with twin daughters.
