Overview
John is a member of the firm's Fiduciary Litigation and Risk Management practice group. He practices in the areas of complex litigation (fiduciary, trust, commerical, business tort, contract, probate and unfair trade practices) in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.
In the non-litigation context, John advises directors, offices, shareholders, investors, trustees and beneficiaries on corporate governance and fiduciary issues and conduct. He also advises clients on transactional matters, including residential and commercial real estate, general business practices and corporate law.
John is admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the US Tax Court.
