Overview

John practices in the areas of fiduciary and general commercial litigation in state and federal courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.  In the non-litigation context, John advises trustees and beneficiaries on fiduciary issues and conduct.  He also advises clients on transactional matters, including residential and commercial real estate, general business practices and corporate law.

John is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for Connecticut.
