Julia's practice focuses on Probate, Succession and Post-Death Planning, Trust Management and Contentious Probate issues. She has a particular interest in Elder Law and the Court of Protection.

Julia is a contributor to Sweet & Maxwell's Practical Will Precedents, the Living Wills Section of Volume 42 of Butterworths Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents and the Law Society's Elderly Client Handbook.

She is a consultant editor and contributor of Tolleys Finance and Law for the Older Client and a regular speaker at conferences on Elderly Client issues.
