Justine studied History at Manchester University and Law in London. She joined Withers in 1999, moving to Geneva in September 2005 to become head of the Withers Geneva Office. In 2011, with the opening of the Firm's Zurich office, she became Head of Swiss Operations.

Justine heads the UK tax and succession practice in Switzerland. She specialises in advising private clients and financial institutions in relation to onshore UK and offshore tax, trusts and estate planning, with particular emphasis on planning for UK resident non-domiciliaries. She also advises on wills and trust drafting matters, voluntary disclosures under the Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility (LDF) and fiduciary issues for trustees.

Justine also specialises in advising families on succession and governance issues. She works with those families to create structures and other legal solutions to implement their long term succession plans both for their personal assets and their business interests.

Justine speaks regularly at international conferences and seminars and is a member of the Committee of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Suisse-Romande and a member of the Charity Law Association, the British Israel Law Association and the International Tax Planning Association.
