Overview
Lisa focuses on all aspects of private family law, including divorce, financial disputes, children and cohabitation cases and jurisdictional issues, with an emphasis on complex financial and children issues. Her work frequently has an international element, involving substantial assets and planning structures.

Highlights
Lisa represents numerous clients in private proceedings whose children are the subject of applications for either removal or retention in the UK and most recently to the USA, Europe and the Middle East. Many of her cases involve allegations of sexual abuse.
Lisa successfully acted for the father in the landmark Court of Appeal decision in MK v CK [2011], which changes the law on international removal cases where parents share care of the children, for which she was featured as the Times Lawyer of the Week and was nominated as Family Law Solicitor of the Year 2011. Lisa is a regular contributor of commentary in the national press (The Times, The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, The Sunday Telegraph, The Guardian and The Lawyer). She has made frequent appearances on Channel 4 television productions, BBC-online news, Channel 4 news and Sky news as an expert in family law issues.
She has edited and expanded the chapters on Children and Injunctions for the third edition of Model Letters For Family Lawyers, published by Jordans.
