Overview

Mark focuses on divorce and family law, in particular international cases and those involving trusts. He also deals with pre-nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements.

Mark is listed in both the Citywealth 2010 Leading Lawyers Honours List and Leading Lawyers Honours List within Family and Matrimonial. 

Highlights

Mark acted for John Charman throughout in landmark Court of Appeal case, the largest award to a wife on a contested basis in English legal history. Made new law and practice acting for Stuart Crossley in leading Court of Appeal case on pre-nups.

Mark is ranked in The Lawyer's 'hot 100 lawyers of 2008' under Family and Private Client.
