Morana advises in banking and project finance work in emerging markets. She has completed work for clients based in Eastern Europe and the US across a wide variety of industries including transportation, financial Institutions, tourism and energy.
Prior to joining Withers, Morana worked at the legal department of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Croatia.
