Nadia advises on general company and commercial matters, in particular Italian companies wishing to invest in the UK. This includes advising on corporate structures and commercial arrangements such as agency and distribution agreements, franchising, supply of goods and services agreements, outsourcing agreements and sponsorship agreements.
Nadia is also a member of the employment group advising on employee incentives (including share option and share ownership plans and bonus arrangements for senior executives.
