Overview

Paul practices in the area of tax and corporate planning for closely held businesses and professionals. He focuses in the areas of employee benefits, including qualified and non-qualified plans and executive compensation. Paul also provides advice on unique deferred compensation issues affecting tax-exempt entities such as hospitals and municipalities.   He also advises on personal estate planning and probate.

Paul has been named one of the nation’s Top 100 Attorneys in Worth Magazine for 2005-2007.  He has also been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1987 and named a Top Tax Attorney by various other publications including Super Lawyers, Corporate Counsel Magazine, New York Magazine and Connecticut Magazine.
