Overview

Richard’s practice is primarily focused on estate planning and estate administration, including Connecticut, New York and Florida probate law. He also advises on income and estate taxation law issues on a local, state and federal level. He has been the editor of the firms’s Tax Alerts newsletter for nearly 20 years.

Richard is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court.

On a personal note

Richard enjoys traveling and has been to every national park in the country as well as many capitals throughout the world.  He has an interest in art, especially the early renaissance period and likes  to combine his love of art with travel.
