Overview

Robert has extensive experience in international and domestic corporate transactions, including strategic and structural advice regarding mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, venture capital, financing, restructuring and licensing transactions.  He has substantial real estate experience, particularly for foreign investors.  He also has extensive experience in media and entertainment and related corporate and intellectual property matters.

Robert's cross-border practice extends to a variety of industries, ranging from financial institutions, offshore funds and investment vehicles, to air transport, software licensing and distribution, specialized manufacturing, media (radio, publishing and film) architecture and construction law, as well as oil and gas.

Robert was previously at the US Department of State with the National Security Council Interagency Task Force on the Law of the Sea.
