Overview

Samantha previously operated as the lead lawyer for an international client group, working from within their family office. Prior to that Samantha worked in the Private Client Department of Allen & Overy from qualification in 1995.

Samantha advises individuals, fiduciaries and family offices on tax, trusts and estate planning matters with an international focus. She has particular experience in the establishment, restructuring and ongoing operations of family offices, private trust companies and wealth holding structures for clients with international interests.

Samantha is the Head of the firm's Asia Pacific Special Interest Group and has relocated to Hong Kong as Managing Director of the new Hong Kong office.

Highlights

Samantha has recently coordinated a substantial multi-jurisdiction restructuring of unusual scale and complexity.
