Overview
Sophie focuses on all areas of family law, including divorce and the financial consequences of relationship breakdown, children including contact and residence disputes and applications by a parent to relocate abroad, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation. She has particular experience of complex financial disputes involving pre-acquired and inherited assets.
On a personal note
Sophie loves spending time in the mountains - skiing in winter and walking in summer - and has completed the Tour of Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn in the last two years. When in London Sophie enjoys tending to her garden, running along the Thames and going to the opera. Sophie is also a keen chef and amateur photographer.
