Overview

Stephen’s practice focuses on domestic and international estate planning. Family Limited Partnerships, planned charitable giving and advising private foundations are areas of particular emphasis. In addition to working with successful professionals and entrepreneurs, Stephen has extensive experience advising hedge fund and private equity principals.

Stephen is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court.
