Sue cooked for the rich and famous prior to reading law at Bristol University. Sue trained at Withers and qualified in September 2000. Sue acts for individuals and charities in connection with validity of will claims and all aspects of contentious probate. She also acts for beneficiaries and trustees in breach of trust applications and all aspects of trust litigation.
Sue is a member of the Charity Law Association and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and is a contributor to the Law Society’s Probate Practitioner’s Handbook.
Sue's recent case highlights include Sherrington v Sherrington [2004] EWHC 1613(ch) and Sherrington v Sherrington [2005] EWHC civ 326.
Sue lectures regularly on contentious trust and probate matters. She co-writes chapter Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 Claims Probate Practitioners Handbook and contributes to LNTV training series.
