Overview
Claire is a member of the Family and Business Planning team of the Wealth Planning department where she drafts wills and trusts for UK and offshore individuals and assists in the ongoing management of their assets, affairs and estates. She provides lifetime tax and estate planning advice, for example through the establishment of trusts and charities. She also acts for the trustees of onshore and offshore trusts, providing tax and trust advice.Claire is also a member of the Landed Estates Group and advises owners of landed estates on trust, tax and succession issues specific to rural landowners.
