Seminar | A toolkit to Kazakh disputes in the UK and AIFC courts

Join us for a panel discussion, in partnership with the British Kazakh Law Association (BrKLA), where we will delve into a recent multi-million dollar fraud case. Our panel of experts will discuss the practical, legislative and contractual issues that arise from a Kazakh law perspective, the tools available to resolve Kazakh disputes via the UK and AIFC courts, what happens when things go wrong and how to avoid this.

Over the course of the discussion, we will cover fraud and asset tracing, enforcement, funding and mitigating future risk - all in the context of Kazakh disputes. There will also be the opportunity to ask our panellists any questions in a short Q&A at 6:30pm.
