Diversity, equity and inclusion

No labels. Let’s just be.

Organisations perform better when everyone can be themselves and are supported and encouraged to fulfil their potential.

Ours is a collaborative, inclusive culture where everyone can flourish. We look to attract and develop people with wide-ranging backgrounds and skillsets. It’s the only way for us to keep evolving and keep pace with change.

International Women's Day 2023

For International Women's Day 2023 we are #EmbracingEquity. Each year we raise awareness and host events in our offices around the world to highlight progress and champion those who are working to improve equity and inclusion across society, and we also support a wide range of initiatives in our local communities.

LGBTQ+ trailblazers

In 2022, we marked Pride by celebrating some of the LGBTQ+ trailblazers who have shaped our world, from space exploration to media, and venture capital to fashion. The next generation of trailblazers will be standing on their shoulders as they continue to build a fairer workplace.

Diwali or Deepavali is an important Hindu festival which at its heart symbolises the victory of good over evil. This year, thanks goes to Anisha Ramanathan and Akanksha Rathke in Hong Kong, Amarjt Kaur and Shashi Nathan in Singapore.
