We listen to ideas, and nurture talent and creativity at every level.

We look to attract and develop people with wide-ranging backgrounds and skillsets. It’s the only way for us to keep evolving and keep pace with change. Here you will find some information about our diversity initiatives across the firm and also diversity statistics and reports.

LGBTQ+ Pride 2023

What does it mean to you?

We stand with the LGBTQ+ community during Pride, and every day. We asked members of our global LGBTQ+ and allies group what Pride means to them.

Find out what they said.

Happy Pride.

Pride 2023

Recent initiatives

Asian American Pacific Islander

In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month 2023 in the US, we hosted events across our offices to discuss the issues and impact surrounding the film 'Everything, Everywhere All at Once' and the representation of Asian and Asian Americans.

Actor Ke Huy Quan summed it up perfectly: “the subtext of [the film] is that every immigrant woman that you see on the street could be a superstar in our universe”

Ramadan and Eid

We recognized the holy month of Ramadan this year with Muslim colleagues sharing what Ramadan means to them and their families, and also setting out practical information and country specific customs for those working with colleagues and clients who are observing the Ramadan and Eid celebrations.

International Women's Day

In 2023, supporting the global theme of #EmbracingEquity, we held events in many of our offices worldwide to debate key issues and topics relating to gender parity in the workplace and in our local communities. We supported a number of organizations including the Singapore Council of Women's Organisations, Smart Works in the UK and Dress for Success in Milan and across the US.

IWD 2023

Holocaust Memorial Day

On January 27 2023, we observed Holocaust Memorial Day to remember the six million victims of the Holocaust. It is imperative that we continue to educate and inform younger generations about the horrors of World War II and the Holocaust, and our Jewish network group organized a deeply moving event with Holocaust survivor Steven Frank who spoke about his experiences.

US Black History Month

We recognize and celebrate the achievements of Black Americans each February, and acknowledge the ongoing need to fight for justice in the US. This year, to raise awareness we explored the 'Great Migration' through events in our US offices working with local Black-owned businesses, and shared resources and know-how across the firm.

LGBTQ+ trailblazers

In 2022, we marked Pride by celebrating some of the LGBTQ+ trailblazers who have shaped our world, from space exploration to media, and venture capital to fashion. The next generation of trailblazers will be standing on their shoulders as they continue to build a fairer workplace. LGBTQ+ trailblazers

Our Pride stories

For our Pride campaign in 2020, we asked some of our LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies across the firm to share their stories. These candid accounts helped to broaden awareness of the experiences of members of the LGBTQ+ community. Our Pride stories
