Seminar | Hong Kong | Navigating cross-border family cases between Hong Kong and Mainland China

As cross-border marriages and divorces become more common, the legal recognition and enforcement of matrimonial and family judgments between Hong Kong and the Mainland is increasingly important.

In this seminar (conducted in Cantonese), Billy Ko of Withers, Chen Hui of Guangdong Global Kingway Law Firm and Theresa Chow of Temple Chambers will respectively explore the implications of the enactment of the Mainland Judgments in Matrimonial and Family Cases (Reciprocal Recognition and Enforcement) Ordinance (Cap. 639) in both jurisdictions.
