International law firm Withers has welcomed Ivan Cheong to its Singapore office, bringing an experienced family law advisor to the team. Ivan, alongside senior associate Shaun Ho, joins Withers from Singapore practice Harry Elias, formerly allied with Eversheds.
Ivan is an in-demand divorce lawyer in Singapore, representing clients in all aspects of family and divorce matters including divorce proceedings, custody disputes, Mareva Injunctions, maintenance, division of assets and family violence matters, as well as advising and assisting clients on the drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Ivan also achieves his clients’ objectives via alternative dispute resolution solutions as a qualified mediator, representing them in the Family Justice Court and at the Singapore Mediation Centre.
