James Shaw was interviewed by Andrew Maloney for his latest article “Global Firm Enters Beantown, Grabbing Life Sciences Team” recently published by The American Lawyer. The article highlights the expansion of Withers UK-based Tech team, including a new Boston office and partners John Serio, Dr. Richard Emmons, Dr. Christopher Cowles, and patent specialist Kristina Scandore.

Withers will absolutely seek to expand by increasing its numbers in Boston and on the West Coast” comments James Shaw. “From the European’s perspective—they see Boston as one of the main touchpoints for trans-Atlantic tech and life sciences,” Shaw said in an interview Monday afternoon. “It’s also a really great place for wealth, both funds and family wealth.
