We are delighted to announce that Withers' Consultant Judith Ingham was awarded the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's STEP Private Client Awards.
The Judges said: ‘Our Lifetime Achievement Award goes to Judith Ingham, who is held in huge respect by everyone who knows her. Judith takes the time for everyone and has shown kindness and wisdom as well as patience throughout her outstanding career. When we want to identify a legacy, a real contributor to society, we cannot look to the individual. Instead, we must look at the people Judith touched. It is for this reason that our winner stands out. The industry will certainly be poorer on her retirement.’
Judith is a hugely experienced tax, trust and estate planning lawyer. She joined Withers in 1991, becoming a partner in 1993 and remaining one until her retirement from full-time work in 2019. She continues as a consultant now. In 2009, Judith moved to Withers’ office in Geneva and in 2011 she moved to head the office in Zurich, before returning to the UK in 2015.
