Withers Italy renews its Gender Equality Certification and further improves its results

This important achievement represents more than a confirmation of existing standards. It reflects a continuous improvement journey, marked by an increase in the score achieved compared with the previous year. The result demonstrates not only our commitment to maintaining the standards required by the certification, but also our determination to keep evolving and contributing to meaningful, lasting change.

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Gender Equality Certification recognises organisations that implement concrete policies and practices to promote gender equality, inclusion and fairness. The renewal reflects Withers’ ongoing commitment to the diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives set out in the Withers Responsibility Framework and is the result of the collective effort of both lawyers and business services professionals in fostering a culture built on respect, equal opportunities and professional development for all.

While this achievement is a source of great pride, we recognise that advancing gender equality requires continuous commitment. We will therefore continue to invest in awareness-raising initiatives, training and monitoring activities, with the aim of creating an even more inclusive workplace and ensuring that talent, in all its forms, is recognised and supported.
