Aaron is a trainee solicitor in the London office, currently sitting with the corporate team. He works across a broad range of corporate, commercial and transactional matters, with a particular interest in financial services, governance and policy-related issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Aaron gained experience advising on international corporate, financial and public policy matters. In 2025, he worked as a consultant to BG Gold, a gold exploration company in Nunavut, supporting both legal and financial aspects of the business, including its IPO process. His work spanned the United Kingdom and Canada, where he helped develop relationships with federal and local government stakeholders, as well as First Nations and Inuit community leaders.
 

Aaron also worked with Green 14, a voluntary carbon credit start-up, and Space for Giants, an international conservation charity, as an analyst. In that role, he contributed to projects at the intersection of sustainability, investment and public policy, including participating in a presidential delegation to Uganda to discuss tax policy reforms with President Yoweri Museveni.

Drawing on experience across the legal, financial and sustainability sectors, Aaron brings an international perspective to matters, with a particular interest in transactions involving strategic ventures, natural resources, and emerging markets.
