Adam Dolder

Adam is special counsel in the corporate tax team.

 Adam is well versed in all tax matters, with extensive experience in UK corporate and business taxation, including financing arrangements, business and company sales, commercial real estate transactions, and a range of employment and partnership issues. Adam is a technical expert in indirect tax matters, with a particular focus on real estate and Stamp Duty Land Tax. 
 
His work is mainly advisory and transactional in nature but also involves occasional forays into tax-based litigation and contentious matters.
