Alice is an associate in the corporate team.
Alice joined the firm in September 2023 as a trainee solicitor and qualified into the corporate team following the completion of her training contract. She advises on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters, with a focus on cross-border transactions and emerging regulatory issues.
Her experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters. She also assists clients with regulatory advisory work, including matters involving virtual assets and cryptocurrencies, and has supported financial institutions in regulatory investigations. In addition, Alice has advised on employment related issues in a corporate and regulatory context.
Alice’s practice is supported by prior experience in private client, tax, and dispute resolution, giving her a well rounded perspective on complex corporate matters.
