Alice is a legal manager in the corporate team.
She joined the firm in September 2023 as a trainee solicitor. During her initial seat with the litigation and arbitration team, Alice assisted on a wide range of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, cross-border litigation, and international arbitration proceedings. She then moved to the private client and tax team, where she supported clients on varoius wealth planning matters. Her work included international estate planning, drafting wills and trust documents, and advising on charitable structures.
Alice further broadened her experience in the family team, where she provided support on matrimonial finance and children matters, often involving international elements. Her final seat in the corporate team involved advising on commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
Following the completion of her training contract, Alice now serves as a legal manager in the corporate team. She continues to advise clients on sophisticated cross-border transactions and regulatory issues.
