Allison is an associate in the private client and tax team.
Her practice focuses on tax and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and their families. Prior to joining Withers, she was an associate with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, focusing on matters of executive compensation and employee benefits law.
Allison earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. She earned her B.A. from Georgetown University, cum laude.
