Me in a minute

I also came from a business oriented family background but my grandfather was a judge and he inspired me to combine both business and law

I am very focused and passionate about my work. I was often told that I am very calm in the middle of highly stressful work situations and I have very good relationships with all my clients who are my loyal supporters throughout my career in corporate.

I actually won a government scholarship to pursue actuarial science degree but decided to change to law instead just to prove to myself (and my sponsors) that mathematicians actually do make good lawyers. I also came from a business oriented family background but my grandfather was a judge and he inspired me to combine both business and law.

I enjoy working with ambitious and creative global entrepreneurs and structuring corporate transactions to create value for shareholders which naturally led me to specialise in corporate finance and IPO work involving cross border elements and involve businesses and regulators from various jurisdictions.

I act for government related entities, family offices and high net worth individuals from Asia with regard to their global investments.
