Beatrice has been a knowledge lawyer in our London trust, estate and inheritance disputes team since 2022.
Beatrice is responsible for keeping team members up to date with developments, managing their legal training, providing technical support and ensuring that know-how and precedents are shared and maintained.Beatrice brings experience from her 2008 - 2017 stint as a senior associate within the team, acting for charities, private individuals and institutions in all forms of domestic and cross-border contentious trust and succession dispute.
Track record
Beatrice acted alongside Paul Hewitt in Futter v Futter [2013] UKSC 26, from first instance to the Supreme Court.
