Beitris Yong

Beitris is a senior associate in the litigation and arbitration team.

She advises on high stakes disputes at all levels of the Singapore Courts including the apex Court of Appeal, and acts as counsel in arbitration and mediation.

Her broad practice includes complex contractual disputes, shareholders disputes, employment matters, debt recovery and insolvency-related disputes. Beitris often adopts a solutions-focussed and practical approach in dispute resolution matters and she has advised clients across a broad range of sectors including construction, engineering, technology, e-commerce, food and beverage, and the public sector.
