Ben works as special counsel in the corporate team.

He advises on the equity and incentive scheme interests of founders, private equity executives, listed company executives, investors and has many years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, with a focus on acting for management, shareholders and investors on transactions.

Ben has acted on the share and incentive arrangements for FTSE 250 CEOs, the owners of FTSE 100 companies, and for founders and investors in globally renowned luxury brands and sports teams. Ben has also acted on numerous private equity and m&a transactions. Ben works closely with our regulatory team for financial services clients and regularly advises on Takeover Code and listed company regulatory matters for listed company shareholders and executives.

Ben has been profiled in Bloomberg, Legal Week and Financial News and has articles published in the New Law Journal and Trusts and Estates. Ben has participated in consultations with the Takeover Panel, the AIM team and the ICSA.
