Me in a minute
The mantra for me and my team is not to accept second best
I am passionate about the law and applying my legal knowledge and expertise to identify the best solution available for my clients. I strive with my colleagues to ensure that Withers remains the leading law firm in its areas of expertise and the mantra for me and my team is not to accept second best. I am also keen to contribute to the development of the law and regulation to benefit everyone and in that vein have recently consulted with the Takeover Panel on the codification of the acting in concert presumption for close relatives and related trusts, with the AIM team on disclosure of interests in AIM companies and with the ICSA on the PSC regime.
