Bruce is a banking and financing lawyer and has acted for lenders, borrowers and sponsors across a wide range of sectors and has experience of both 'Magic Circle' and US law firms. He is as at home managing multi-jurisdictional transactions as domestic transactions.
Bruce has experience in venture debt, senior, mezzanine, secured and unsecured financings in both distressed and non-distressed scenarios. His experience encompasses leveraged finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), venture capital and general corporate lending both syndicated and bilateral.
