Chaya is special counsel in the litigation and arbitration team.

She concentrates primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, international dispute resolution, and complex litigation, with a focus on multi-national disputes, business torts,  severance and termination disputes, art law disputes, trust and estates matters, securities litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Chaya represents individual and corporate clients in civil, regulatory, and securities matters, in arbitrations and mediations, and in federal, state, and surrogate's courts, at the trial and appellate level. She has handled a wide range of complex matters for banks and financial institutions, financial consultants, trustees and executors, high-ranking executives, individual founders or co-founders of successful business enterprises, national and international fashion companies, art collectors, patrons, and art galleries.
