Chelsie is an associate in the corporate team.

Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory matters. She advises multinational corporations, private companies, investors and financial institutions on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, fundraisings and group reorganisations.

Her experience spans both Singapore and cross-border transactions, enabling her to provide commercially focused and practical advice tailored to her clients’ business objectives.

Prior to joining Withers, Chelsie advised on a range of public takeover transactions, including voluntary and mandatory general offers, schemes of arrangement and privatisations of companies listed on the Singapore Exchange.

She has acted for listed issuers, offerors, financial advisers and shareholders across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, education, logistics and real estate. Chelsie also has experience in equity capital markets transactions, having advised issuers and financial advisers on rights issues, initial public offerings and listings on the Singapore Exchange and Bursa Malaysia.

Chelsie also regularly assisted clients with their ongoing corporate secretarial and compliance requirements.
