Clare is a senior associate in the Singapore office.

Claire advises across the spectrum of non-contentious financial regulatory issues faced by banks, capital markets intermediaries, insurers, payment services providers and other financial institutions and fintech firms. Claire advises across the spectrum of non-contentious financial regulatory issues faced by banks, capital markets intermediaries, insurers, payment services providers and other financial institutions and fintech firms.
 
Having started her career in a leading financial regulatory practice in Singapore, she is well-versed in cross-border licensing and structuring matters, client and account documentation, and internal policies and processes. Claire has also advised on novel products and services, including advising Singapore's first on-chain tokenised securities exchange on the set-up of its regulated business in Singapore.

Claire also spent more than a year with the Ministry of Law's International Legal Division where, among other responsibilities, she developed and refined international legal harmonisation policy. She was responsible for studying areas of emerging technology, such as voluntary carbon markets and digital assets and tokens.
