Cody is a partner in our corporate team.

Cody's practice focuses on working with executives and other senior employees. She advises clients on all aspects of their employment needs in a variety of industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, professional services, manufacturing, and retail & luxury goods. She represents and advises executives and teams of executives in relation to negotiating and drafting employment-related contracts, including employment, consulting, freelance, international assignment, retention and partnership agreements, as well as negotiating exit arrangement upon termination. Cody regularly represents executive teams in corporate transactions and team lift-outs, and advises individuals and groups with respect to non-competition, non-solicitation, and other restrictive covenants. She also works with expat and other trans-national employees in negotiating and navigating their agreements and exits.
