Connor Sullivan

Connor is an associate in the corporate team.

Connor primarily focuses on corporate law, representing clients in several industries including, but not limited to, family offices, family-owned businesses and other closely-held enterprises, investment advisors, private equity firms, art, sports, media, entertainment, hospitality. He advises clients on numerous corporate law aspects, including entity formations and dissolutions, corporate governance, organizational restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital financings, debt financings, fund reviews, securities law compliance  and other compliance matters and general commercial transactions. Connor draws on his experience with a variety of clients on differing corporate law aspects to provide a well-rounded approach.
