Damian is the office court clerk.
He has been with the firm since 1990 and is responsible for managing the London court process for our lawyers. Damian deals with all divisions of the High Court at all levels, from listing matters before Masters, District Judges and High Court Judges.

Working for Withers has provided me with the opportunity to gain an insight into how cases are managed
I spent most of the summer holidays growing up working for various barristers' chambers in the Temple and Lincolns Inn and many of my childhood friends became barristers' clerks. Working around the Royal Courts of Justice from such an early age has helped me learn how the various offices of the High Court put into practice court procedures. This has helped me gain the contacts I need within the court system.
Working for Withers has provided me with the opportunity to gain an insight into how cases are managed by the court from the start of proceedings, to trial, and then to enforcing any Judgment ordered by the court.
